Due to expansion of service, our Client, a global pharma, life science and technology organization, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join their dynamic team, based in Taiwan. What you'll do:
As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing external candidates for permanent roles across Taiwan market. You will manage candidates who come via direct advertising activities, ensuring they receive feedback throughout the process. This role offers real scope for impact and the chance to grow your skills and progress rapidly. You will also liaise with line managers to ensure feedback is given on all CVs and interviews, manage the offer process, including providing up-to-date salary information as well as comparing data from other recent hires in that business area.
- Source candidates through various channels including web adverts, referrals, networking, and candidate databases
- Build, develop and maintain an in-house candidate database and manage workflows
- Contact and interview prospective candidates, keeping records of all contact and outcomes
- Handle both permanent and temporary recruitment briefs
- Liaise with line managers to ensure feedback is given on all CVs and interviews
- Manage the offer process, providing up-to-date salary and market information
- Undertake ad hoc project work from time to time
Who you are:
The ideal candidate for this Recruiter role will bring proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. You will have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders alike. Your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail will be key in this fast-paced environment. Experience using recruitment software and candidate databases is essential.
- At least 3-5 years' proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting in the healthcare, medical manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceutical,
- pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical manufacturing industry will be advantageous, but not
- mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English and business level Mandarin mandatory
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience using recruitment software and candidate databases
- Knowledge of current recruitment practices and trends
