  • Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract and retain qualified talent.
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs
  • Spearhead all the HR policies, procedures and strategic HR initiatives from conceptualization to implementation. • Ensure all the necessary standards and processes are in compliance and alignment of the HR practices across different business units.

  • Address employee relations issues, including counselling, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Implement performance management systems such as goal setting, performance reviews and support employee development, including onboarding, evaluations, promotions, and succession planning.
  • Able to work independently on manpower planning and budgeting such as payroll, training etc.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improv employee retention
  • Support managers in handling employee performance issues constructively
  • Update management on new labour regulations and ensure the company’s practices comply
  • Implement HR systems and software to streamline HR operations
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Fluency in English written and oral communication skills
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in managerial roles; hospitality experience preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of local labour laws, tax regulations, and requirements
  • Excellent communication and personnel management skills, confident, pleasant, and firm, able to collaborate with various levels including management.
  • A need to be the point of contact for all related HR matters.
  • Strong planning and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to formulate and drive HR strategy execution.
