Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst Junior, you will play a vital role in our client acquisition efforts in the Asia-Pacific region, including Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, and Cambodia, as well as in our data management initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our databases are accurate and up-to-date. You will support various teams by validating and correcting data to ensure its accuracy. Additionally, you will generate insightful reports to aid in decision-making and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. This role will require you to maintain direct communication with different teams globally within the company. There is no direct contact with the clients.
Database Management:
Oversee the company's databases, including creating new databases and updating and enhancing existing ones.
Data Verification:
Ensure the accuracy of data by identifying and rectifying errors within databases.
Reporting:
Generate reports based on the data stored in the databases for informed decision-making.
What You Need to Succeed
* Degree in Marketing or Database Management
* Minimum 1 - 2 years relevant experience in data analytics
* Advanced level in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, pivot, standard formulas how to sum, sort, clean the data)
* Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
