Job Description:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a professional, friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system and take messages when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry for various departments.
  • Offer refreshments and ensure visitors' comfort during their visit.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies in coordination with the admin team.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events.
  • Coordinate with cleaning staff and vendors for routine and emergency maintenance.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in related field
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using a multi-line phone system and basic office equipment.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail, especially for document handling and data entry.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
