Job Summary
Thales is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Cybersecurity Project Manager.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible to lead a team to develop and implement cybersecurity application/infrastructure systems. The individual is also responsible for project and resource scheduling, project tracking, risk management and quality assurance. Overseeing the development and implementation of the project as well as to track and control all project phases and activities.
Job Duties
• Lead a team of more than 20 people over a range of medium to large scale/complex projects
• Working with customers/stakeholders to align project objectives, propose delivery schedules and secure necessary resources
• Planning all project work streams based on a detailed understanding of project scope and deliverables
• Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition into operations for ongoing BAU management.
• Coordinating with key stakeholders across teams to improve alignment, develop joint priorities with the technology and business teams
• Working with vendors to manage scope, schedule and cost for project deliverables
• Success will be evident in the measurement of clear planning of project scope, timeliness of deliverables, managing customer expectations and successful completion of project milestones.
Job Requirements
· Able to cope in a highly pressured fast-paced environment
· Experienced in delivering cybersecurity projects in system engineering and security assessment projects in manufacturing environments.
· Good understanding of industrial cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443, NIST 2.0 and other relevant standards and best practices
· Customer orientated with high level of service attitude
· Good listening and analytical skills
· Hardworking, outgoing and enthusiastic

· Team player, and also able to work independently and with little supervision

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably in Electrical or Info-Communication.
PMP, PRINCE2 or other equivalent certifications required.
CISSP, CISM certifications are an added advantage.
Experience
Minimally 5-8 years of experience in Cybersecurity, System Integration and Infrastructure Projects

· Excellent cross-group and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams
· Excellent communication, presentation, and advisory skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders
