Internship - Electrical / Electronics Engineering

We are principally involved in the distribution of inspection, test and measurement equipment, materials and engineering solutions. We also manufacture optical inspection equipment and automated handling equipment.

We are currently open for an Internship - Electrical / Electronics Engineering.

Work location: Hicom Glenmarie, Seksyen U1, Shah Alam, Selangor.

General Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for designing, developing and implementing manufacturing processes and test procedures.
• Involves working closely with the production team, design engineers and management to optimize manufacturing workflows, reduce costs and ensure product quality.
• Any other ad-hoc job assigned by a superior.

Internship Program Goals (3 months):-

• To develop test protocol.
• To develop instructions and guides for the quality check process and all out-going electrical test procedures.
• To develop test for all cables.

By end of 3 months, intern is expected to publish:-

• Developed a test procedure manual. This manual will consist of the bill of materials by modules, followed by step-by-step instructions on how to best building it.
• In-house test procedures manual. This manual will consist of a series of test procedures on how to qualify the module. It also should consist of a check list.
• Outgoing test manual. This manual consists of series of test procedures to be done on the machine before the shipment.

Requirements:-

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• Positive attitude, energetic, willing to accept new challenges and a willingness to learn.
• Preferred 3-month internship.
• Must have own transport to travel to work.
• Have own accommodation arrangement in Klang Valley area.
