Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders, process applications, check and process customer documents.
  • Managing incoming calls, general queries, after sales customer service.
  • To assist daily administrative tasks
  • Undertake additional tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must study in related of Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Level in Marketing/Business Administrative /Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with English and Mandarin speaking clients
  • Required skills: MS Office & MS Excel
  • Candidate must be a good team player and responsible.
