Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders, process applications, check and process customer documents.
- Managing incoming calls, general queries, after sales customer service.
- To assist daily administrative tasks
- Undertake additional tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must study in related of Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Level in Marketing/Business Administrative /Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with English and Mandarin speaking clients
- Required skills: MS Office & MS Excel
- Candidate must be a good team player and responsible.
