Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive network development strategy to expand our dealership network in strategic locations.
- Develop and execute strategies for expanding dealership network in alignment with company objectives.
- Identify potential dealership partners and negotiate partnership agreements.
- Follow up the Corporate Identity constructions and oversee the onboarding process for new dealerships, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational requirements, and continuously improve the CI to comply with the market trend and HQ instructions.
- Collaborate with HQ team and dealers to develop local VI to instruct dealers on outlet decoration and sales person management and so on.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to align network development efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes, leveraging insights to inform network development strategies and corporate identity initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of network development and corporate identity professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years OEM & distributor experience in network development, business development, or related roles within the automotive industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners.
- Experience in managing all aspects of Network Governance.
- Language: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required due to the nature of the business.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans while also managing day-to-day operational priorities.
- Results-oriented mind-set with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving targets.
- Ability to travel as needed to visit locations within the nation, attend industry events, and meet with stakeholders.
