Job Overview:

As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. You will work closely with our development team to implement Agile methodologies and ensure that our processes are followed effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members, and removing obstacles to ensure the team is able to deliver high-quality software in a timely manner.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years only of working experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach team members.
  • Ability to identify and remove obstacles to ensure the team can deliver on its commitments.
  • Knowledge of Agile tools and techniques, such as story mapping, retrospectives, and Kanban boards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and find creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
