  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

**Job Summary: Production Manager**

Location : Alor Setar, Kedah

Salary Range : UP TO RM15,000 Based on Experience

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and optimize production operations to achieve quality, speed, cost, and workforce efficiency KPIs.

- Ensure stable scheduling for maximum efficiency and manage daily output and scrap reduction.

- Implement disciplinary procedures and performance improvement plans for team members.

- Identify training needs and facilitate development with HR support.

- Analyze and enhance production processes and troubleshoot daily operational challenges.

- Drive projects for production improvement and maintain high-quality standards in line with company policies and regulations.

- Adhere to safety, environmental, and health policies, ensuring compliance with international standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of achieving operational objectives and potential for future leadership.
