  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Production Planning & Scheduling:

  • Evaluate customer orders and create production schedules using ERP systems.
  • Prioritize and plan production operations to maximize performance and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor execution of the production plan and resolve potential issues.

    2. Resource Management:

    • Ensure availability of resources (manpower, equipment, materials) for production requirements.
    • Track and estimate inventory levels, coordinating with purchasing when materials are low.

      3. Team Leadership & Supervision:

      • Manage, motivate, and coach production staff, providing job training and addressing performance issues.

        4. Quality Control & Continuous Improvement:

        • Monitor product quality and implement improvement measures.
        • Work closely with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), R&D, and other departments on production and safety activities.

          5. Safety & Compliance:

          • Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5S activities.

            6. Reporting & Documentation:

            • Maintain accurate production logs and generate performance, output, and quality reports.
            • Ensure data accuracy in the ERP system, including stock counts and cycle counts.

  • Must be able to communicate in Chinese
  • 3 years minimum experience in Manufacturing

  • Pro-active and able to work in tight schedule.
