Position Summary

This role plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales team in achieving revenue targets by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. This role is responsible to support the Sales Manager/s in managing client relationships, preparing sales materials, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and clients.

Key Accountability
  • Oversee customer inquiries, quotations, and bookings, while diligently preparing and distributing critical sales-related documents and ensuring the accuracy of customer databases. customer databases.
  • Coordinate with the customer service and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery while assisting in client account management and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, including meetings, follow-ups, and outcomes, while tracking and reporting monthly performance of sales agents
  • Organize and schedule sales meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, assist in regular sales report preparation, and collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials and events.
  • Collaborate Sales Managers in identifying process improvement areas and enhancing sales support functions while staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide relevant insights to the sales team
Qualification & Working Experience
  • Degree in any related field in 2 years working experience in in aviation industry.
  • Diploma in any related field in 3 years working experience in in aviation industry.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Proficient in managing sales inquiries, quotations, and preparing contracts and reports.
  • Skilled in client account management and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Strong in maintaining accurate records, scheduling, and preparing sales-related documents.
  • Knowledgeable in industry trends and competitor analysis to drive process improvements.
