We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive, IT Support to enhance our IT capabilities, with a strong focus on network and infrastructure. In this role, you will develop and maintain our Management Information System, coordinate vendor relationships, and implement hardware and network solutions. This position involves providing technical support to users, leading project teams, and ensuring optimal performance of our IT infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Management Information System to ensure its alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with vendors to facilitate the successful achievement of system goals.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and testing of new hardware and network solutions, ensuring their integration aligns with project plans.
  • Maintain accurate inventories of current hardware and software to support operational efficiency.
  • Analyse user needs and provide expert recommendations for hardware configurations, software upgrades, and new software installations.
  • Deliver technical advice and support to end users, ensuring their needs are effectively addressed.
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of the Management Information System team, promoting collaboration and high performance.
  • Monitor and lead Management Information System projects, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the department’s objectives.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 -5 years of relevant experience in IT support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient knowledge of IT tools, applications, and concepts, including ERP and CRM systems.
  • CCNA Certification is preferred.
