Responsible to Lead, manage and execute service operations for PT Service for South East Asia Subregion. Accountable to deliver subregion financial forecast for sales and GM to meet budgeted plans. Reporting to the PT Service Operations Leader for APAC, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the sub region project management teams, to manage sales execution from contract award up to the final acceptance of the project and follow through warranty period. Project management includes project execution, field services Quality and continuous improvement, process and tools, planning, budgeting, control, tracking, installation, maintenance and testing and commissioning of PT Service Portfolio. In this role, you will manage a diverse workforce in organisations to ensure efficient day to day operations, while delivering the forecast commitments
