Position SummaryImplement sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for Malaysia, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the public and private sectors, and identify new business opportunities within the government sector.
Key Accountability- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in Malaysia.
- Identify new business opportunities within Malaysia, including new clients, verticals, and regions.
- Work closely with the Manager / Assistant Manager to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are in line with company policies and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiry through to post-sale support.
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback and insights to the Manager / Assistant Manager.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand your network and promote our products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Strong understanding of the aviation market, including business culture, regulatory environment, and market trends.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
