Responsibilities:
The IT Project Executive will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows to success the project.
Job Description
1. Requirement Elicitation and Analysis:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
2. Project Management:
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to identify and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan.
- Break tasks into doable actions, set timeframes, and establish a detailed project plan.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences.
4. Solution Design:
- Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
- Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
5. Documentation:
- Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, UAT, and user stories.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and handling miscellaneous tasks.
6. Quality Assurance:
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
7. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
- Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.
Job requirement
- Highly proficient in English (both oral and written) and Mandarin must be able to communicate with the China team.
- Proven experience as Business Analysis or similar role, preferably in a related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in IT/ Engineering or a related field. Candidates with experience in Electronic/ Security/ IT industry or software development will be considered as well.
- Familiar with local regulatory requirements and industry standards related to our products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Result-driven, self motivated, positive working attitude and able to work independently to achieve targets.
