Job Summary

Responsible in all merchandising & logistic related activities to support company business needs. The person needs to proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency within merchandise operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor merchandising flow, replenishment, stock allocation, internal stores transfer, consolidation to stores.
  • Proficient in sales and commodity data indicators, prepare weekly sales and product data analysis reports, Create action plan and effective implementation upon quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Responsible for wholesale customer order management, product demand communication, promote wholesale customer procurement target.
  • Connect with local 3PL, monitor on the progress of inbound receiving, delivery and return, handle any discrepancy, 3PL expenses check and reimbursement.
  • Connect with group logistics, follow up international logistics progress, new products arrival, complete the purchase and storage system operation; Summarize the arrival time, quantity, amount and other information of new products.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time or as necessary for the effective realization of the job purpose.

Requirement

  • Proven experience as qualified merchandising personnel who able to meet tight deadline.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in merchandising industry. Added advantage if having experience in Sports Retail Industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • High level of verbal and written communications skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Must be a team player and also be able to work independently with minimum supervision while demonstrating attention to detail
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
