WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews (across 2 office locations) and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Other ad hoc tasks/ HR projects that could be assigned from time to time by management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management, Marketing or related field
- At least 3 years of working experience in HR department with hands-on experience handling recruitment function
- Strong understanding HR best practices, employment laws, statutory requirements and regulations
- Meticulous and have attention to details and ability to handle confidential information.
- Able to take initiative and proactive at work, independent and problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and a good team player.
- Good in communication skill and able to maintain good relationship with all levels of employees (line managers, HODS & top management) with proven ability to do so.
