The journey of this role
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and executing livestream content and live operations to engage customers and boost sales.
Business Development
- Identify and analyze potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to support business expansion.
Live Operations
- Plan, schedule, and execute regular livestream sessions aimed at showcasing products, services, or events to engage customers.
- Work with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling livestream content that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of livestream sessions, adjusting strategies to improve engagement, sales conversion, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external influencers or hosts to ensure smooth execution and high-quality production during livestream events.
- Leverage data insights to refine livestream content, delivery, and promotional strategies to maximize ROI.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members or content creators involved in livestream activities.
What criteria we looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience 4 years in business development, digital marketing, or content creation, with a focus on livestream or digital commerce.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and livestream technologies (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Live, Shopee Live, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop insights to improve business strategies and livestream performance.
- Possess strong analytical and organization skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with people at all levels.
- Good problem-solving skill.
- Proactive, a good team player and able to work independently.
