Work you’ll do

As a member of the MY Reputation & Risk Group, the individual would be responsible for the following principal activities, across various areas under MY Reputation & Risk Group, such as Independence & Conflicts, Conduct & Ethics and Data & Security:

• Acting as a business adviser, to provide risk related advice to business professionals in the Firm with the aim of managing risks and ensuring alignment to the Firm’s risk related policies
• Working with the firm’s bespoke compliance systems, assisting in identifying incidences of non-compliance and advising individuals in relation to their compliance responsibilities.
• Working closely with RRG risk leaders, Subject Matter Experts and Business Risk Leaders in implementation of regional and local initiatives and activities
• Enhance and provide active support to existing and/or new DTTL processes, programs & tools.
• Contributing to the development and execution of communication and learning program
• Provide support to team leaders in new RRG initiatives.
• Assisting in ad-hoc Asia Pacific, SEA and MY projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working for a professional services organization providing audit, tax, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory or other related professional services to clients.
• Strong communication skills is a must
• Strong and proven business acumen
• Ability to lead
• Exceptional analytical and research abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and appreciation of cultural sensitivities is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously
