Key Responsibilities:- Learn and assist in various aspects of motor retail operations, including sales, and after-sales service.
- Support the management team in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in customer service activities, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for vehicle buyers.
- Gain knowledge in vehicle stock management, showroom display, and promotional activities.
- Assist in the financial aspects of the dealership, such as pricing, budgeting, and revenue tracking.
- Learn about the latest automotive trends, products, and technologies to advise customers effectively.
- Participate in leadership training to develop managerial skills for future roles within the dealership.
