Sales Operation Graduate Trainee (under Protégé)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist Sales Managers in managing and upkeeping accurate and timely sales reporting in the assigned accounts.
• To monitor sales orders and seek advice from Sales Managers on the next actions.
• To manage compilation of documents and information for customer claims submission purposes (for example but not limited to Trade display photos and Scan sales reports).
• To facilitate sales team in managing and tracking customers claims submission to Abbott’s finance department and track on credit notes.
• To assist in compilation of retail price check and market insights.
• To facilitate in sales administrative tasks related to point of sales material, samples and sales kits distribution to the sales team, upkeep price list, adhoc support on customers’ orders issues and other administrative matters.
