Are you skilled in troubleshooting and passionate about maximizing device uptime? Join our client, a world renowned medical device company as a Technical Support Specialist!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose hardware/software issues, supporting in-house and remote resolution.
  • HQ Collaboration: Liaise with Korea HQ for advanced troubleshooting and latest technical updates.
  • Case & Service Management: Report cases to HQ, create service quotations, manage contracts, and ensure payments.
  • Customer Support: Address inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and internal teams.
  • Logistics & Inventory: Manage equipment for demos, monitor inventory, and coordinate with the admin team.
  • Device Setup: Set up new devices per Pre-Delivery Order (Pre-DO) processes.
  • Customer Interaction: Keep clients updated on device status and perform routine maintenance.
  • Demo Device Management: Handle repair, maintenance, and demo prep for sales or clinical requests.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum Bachelor in Biomedical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic or relevant IT background.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, experience in Medical Device industry is preferred.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and diligent working.
  • Great troubleshooting skill.
  • Knowledge about Hospital Information System (HIS) is an added advantage
  • Able to handle customer’s queries and complaints.
  • Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
