Responsibilities:

  • Manage entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer management and pre-onboarding arrangements
  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting/communicating with hiring managers to discuss needs
  • Source relevant candidates for specific roles according to its requirements
  • Continuously build and develop pool of candidates for high recurring positions using various sources i.e. job portals, social media, referral programs etc
  • Assist in logistics arrangement for new joiners - flight, transportation, accommodation, new employee date entry etc
  • Assist with staff confirmation and resignation processing, exit interviews etc
  • Handle other ad hock tasks assigned by the Manager

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Business Studies / Administration / Management or any related course 、
  • Willing to relocate to Colombo, Sri Lanka.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese languages
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR related functions such as recruitment among others
  • Experienced in handling HR systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Must possess: a sense of urgency, accountability, responsibility, ambition
  • Ability to set priorities in order to complete assignments in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
  • Problem solving skills: ability to identify potential problems and proactively generate ideas for acceptable solutions
  • Positive, energetic, confident, professional and team-oriented attitude
