With plans to further extend our reach across Latin America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa, we’re looking for a dynamic Head of Business Development to support our growing team and help us achieve our global mission.

Job Overview : We are seeking a results-driven Head of Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and building key partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish business development strategies to ensure alignment with overall organizational strategy.

Formulate targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business development strategies. Lead the team of hunters & farmers to achieve these targets.

Guide business development research reports on potential revenue streams and business threats.

Lead local or regional team discussions to finalize decisions on business development.

Lead new business ventures and plan approaches and market entries.

Lead relationship building with industry players and develop strategies to leverage networks for business opportunities and partnerships.

Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Marketing, Communications, or business administration, or any related field.

5 - 7 years’ supervisory or management experience.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Effective organizational skills and negotiation skills.

Lead generation and management experience.

Possess excellent strategic planning skills.

Ability to communicate accessible and concisely about product or service to outsiders, including prospective customers and clients, partners, and merchants.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
