Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement sales plans and strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base on products.
  • Lead Sales Team: Oversee and guide a team of sales professionals, setting individual and team targets, providing training, and ensuring consistent performance.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Development: Drive sales across multiple B2B markets, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Handle high-level negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and technical support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably dealing with distributors or in related industries (e.g., electrical, hardware, or HVAC).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Working hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
