Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement sales plans and strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base on products.
- Lead Sales Team: Oversee and guide a team of sales professionals, setting individual and team targets, providing training, and ensuring consistent performance.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Sales Development: Drive sales across multiple B2B markets, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Negotiation and Closing: Handle high-level negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and technical support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably dealing with distributors or in related industries (e.g., electrical, hardware, or HVAC).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
