- Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's vision, values, and long-term objectives.
- Overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and develop a diverse and high-performing workforce.
- Implementing programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
- Designing and executing employee engagement programs, ensuring a positive work environment and a strong company culture.
- Leading HR analytics and reporting, providing insights to guide decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating HR-related risks for the organization.
- Collaborating with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare and execute the HR budget within the approved allocation to ensure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Develop Reward & Recognition program to promote employee morale and drive performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field / Master's degree or relevant certifications.
- Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles, with a track record of successfully driving HR strategies and initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational change.
- Strong agility and ability to manage dynamic challenges effectively. Capable of handling a variety of different situations and staff issues.
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Malay.
