Accounts receivable (finance executive)

【岗位职责】

Responsible for sales order review and billing;

Responsible for customer creates in system and maintains customer master data;

Responsible for following AR overdue and customer payment and settlement;

Prepare customer AR statement and check with customers；

Customer rebate accrual and management；

Sinosure shipping declaration and Sinosure related matters；

E-commerce related finance work；

Prepare daily/weekly sales report and sales analysis;

Complete other financial tasks arranged by the finance manager.

【任职要求】

Bachelor’s degree or above in finance-related majors；

1-3 years of accounts receivable financial experience；

Good communication skill in English (able to communicate in Chinese is preferred)；

Familiar with Malaysia accounting standards, and familiar with relevant fiscal regulations；

Familiar with SAP system and Excel；

Strong ability to work under pressure, careful, responsible and positive.
