What You Bring To The Table
- Work closely with the product management and engineering team to continually provide user-centric designs
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Analyze customer journey and craft designs
- Conduct research and deconstruct our users’ digital interactions and habits
- Come up with UX strategies based on business goals and user’s needs
- Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups
- Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary
- Establish SleekFlow’s visual identity
Skills
- 6 or more years experience in UX & UI / Product Design. Related design experience in B2B and SaaS product would be a plus
- Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes with up to trend design tools e.g. Figma
- Experience in working collaboratively with product management, engineering, design, and business teams
- Ability to plan and conduct relevant and suitable UX research for discovery, ideation and validation
- Excellent communication skills to attain cross-department coordination
- Proactive attitude, ensuring product quality and progress and completing related product goals
- Experience in maintaining sustainable design library by considering scalability and usability from both development and design perspective
- Fluent English communication capability
