Role Description

• Building rapport with retail store and cultivate them to drive sellout for company products and services.

• Visit and mapping key stores TAM size.

• Conduct retail competition research to identify customer trend, competitor activities and partner activities (4Ps intelligence).

• Ensure trade marketing execution gaining retail in-store visibility and propose in-store branding that will create HP brand awareness

• Discover effective type of POSM to be used to communicate product and promotional messages to customers.

• Drive innovative retail activation to increase brand and product awareness that enable upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• At least 3 – 5 years of working experience as a retail marketing or marketing executive (Fresh Graduates can also apply!)

• Good command in English and the national language (other languages or dialects will be an added advantage) Must be computer @ ICT literate.

• Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in competitive environment.

• Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Pleasant personality, good problem-solving skills and have a positive attitude in facing work challenges.

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the industry’s latest technology trends, customer wants, competitive landscape and operation support.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data by using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
