Designed to derive optimal value by better leveraging technology, people and competencies, the ultimate goal is to boost efficiency and deliver outstanding and sustainable performance while keeping a strong focus on customer centricity. This Organization is striving for excellence, adopting the Best in Class models to deliver value through simplification and standardization of processes, while adhering to Internal controls and compliance requirements.
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible to orchestrate an optimized production planning that is cost efficient, aligned with relevant stakeholders and realized in a seamless manner.
The mission requires to take-over most of the production planning and supply chain activities currently handled by the ROCC Real-Time Engineers and the LEAD Centre Performance Analytics Engineers.
By centralizing those activities, the Supply Chain Analyst is expected to enable more professionalization in this field: Standardizing processes across geographies, Streamlining/automate non-value added tasks, better leverage data analytics and enhance the satisfaction of all involved parties.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Act as the focal point for all Business Lines for supply chain related matters: Logistic constraints, shutdown/maintenance planning, sourcing, traffic management/purity constraints, liquid allocation, gas/liquid demands, inter-BL cost transfers or production optimization
- Take-over all relevant “Production vs Demand” activities then minimize the Non-Value Add processes with the goal to standardize the entire “Production vs Demand” workflow across all our affiliates
- Prepare and update the rolling “Production vs Demand” forecast for countries under SIO scope
- Simulate various “Production vs Demand” scenarios taking into account cost & sales components to manage planned and unplanned events
- Coordinate with ROCC, LEAD centre, site & IM/EL coordinators to gather all the necessary inputs to optimize the production planning
- Improve and maintain the supply chain related documentation (e.g Basis of Liquid Productions and Allocations, DPC PvD Tool Manual, …)
- Verify ALSg monthly production reports & provide visibility/alignment on the “Production VS Demand” outlook
- Construct with the energy team an accurate monthly energy nomination and support the ROCC for the Interruptible Load participation
- Leverage cross-country liquid transfers
- Support IM, EL & LI in the annual budget planning & forecasting process
- Support the LEAD centre in accelerating the use of OPTIM for the optimization of asset run plans & business case evaluation
Are you a MATCH?
- The successful candidate should have advanced education in engineering and preferably above 3 years of experience in plant operation or production planning. This background should enable him/her to optimize the "Production vs Demand" activity on a pool of Air Separation Units, located in different SEA & NEAPAC countries. The candidate should also be in charge of coordinating a number of associated workflows. As our goal is to leverage digital tools to build data driven production planning, it is key that the successful candidate is keen to cope with the digital tools.
- Due to the multiple stakeholders that the candidate will deal with, excellent communication skills, high autonomy and ability to learn fast will be a key success factor.
- Considering the candidates will coordinate in emergent situations at different timing, flexibility and resiliences are key to success criterias.
- The candidate will strive for continuous improvement to streamline Non-Value Added tasks and standardize our workflow throughout our geographies.
