As a participant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience through job rotations across various AREX departments and branches. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- At least bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 3.00 in Finance/Accounting, Islamic Banking, Business Administration, Financial Economy and relevant courses
- Fresh graduates with no more than 1 year of work experience
- Eager to learn new skills and knowledge and enhance leadership capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay (written and verbal)
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software will be an added advantage
