Job Description

  • Raise system generated estimates and POs for all clients
  • Assist in preparing estimates for clients
  • Keep track of all finance WIP – including opening and closing of jobs
  • Keep track on department revenue
  • Negotiate, brief and appoint all suppliers
  • Manage all 3rd party quotations and financial processes
  • Project Management
  • Administer, follow-up and ensure adherence to timeline for all accounts
  • Plan projects from brief to completion
  • Selection of relevant software
  • Select typography
  • Prepare computer layouts
  • Ensure elements are correctly sized with correct images in place
  • Offer creative solutions
  • Enhance Client relationships through award winning service, follow-up and successful project completion.
  • Communicating effectively with field team members as well as keeping them active in decision-making.
  • Maintain awareness of the Clients’ needs and project parameters so that software can coordinate design and construction activities that do not interfere with business operations.
  • Strategy throughout job set up.
  • Directly oversee project team members’ performance and morale.
  • Identifying potential risks to the clients’ on-going operations planned project. Develop plans and measures to minimize and mitigate the potential risks.
  • Conferring with all project team members on strategic or technical issues to ensure a delighted client and a successful project that meets project specific profit goals.
