Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist at MS. READ in Kuala Lumpur. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, analyzing customer behaviors, optimizing the user experience, and enhancing online customer service. Additionally, the role involves driving online sales, developing e-commerce strategies, and contributing to the growth of the brand's digital presence.
