- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy to ensure the achievement of financial goals.

- Familiar with financial software and systems, and have data analysis capabilities.
- Basic financial and accounting knowledge is required, a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, and professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
- Required financial reporting, budget management and cost control skills to ensure the financial health of the company and provide strategic support for the company based on financial data.
- Have many years of work experience in fintech, financial services or related fields, and understand the operations, business models and compliance requirements of fintech companies.
- Be able to cope with the rapid changes in the FinTech industry and understand the basics of FinTech related technologies including blockchain, electronic payment, digital currency, artificial intelligence, etc.
- Excellent corporate strategic financial planning can formulate financial strategies for the company's development in a data-driven manner.
- Capital with market and financing experience, including but not limited to private equity, venture capital and IPO experience, familiar with how to communicate financial status and company prospects to investors and shareholders.
- In-depth understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the FinTech sector, able to establish maintenance and risk management systems to ensure that the company's financial operations comply with local and international regulations.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), data privacy and security is required to ensure that the company can avoid related legal and financial risks in its operations.
- Be familiar with financial automation tools and software, and understand the tools and data analysis methods used by FinTech applications.
- Possess strong data analysis capabilities and be able to provide support for decision-making through analysis of financial data and other relevant data.
- Possess excellent leadership and team management skills, able to coordinate the company's internal finance team and maintain good communication with other departments (such as technology, marketing, etc.).
- Ability to communicate with employees, shareholders and management to clearly convey financial status and company strategy.
