Conference Producer (Fresh Grads are welcomed)

We are looking for a Conference Producer to build world-class programs and wholesome content for our international corporate events in Kuala Lumpur and Dubai. The responsibilities include:

Job Description

• To conduct commercial & business/market research and speak to relevant key industry leaders to identify latest & upcoming trends and topics
• Develop compelling conference agendas that resonate with target audiences and drive attendance.
• Recognizing the who's who in the industry and creating connections & liaison with them for a speaking engagement & represent their expertise in our events
• Working in close co-operation with sales & marketing by for comprehensive overview for all events
• Take ownership of all aspects of conference production, including logistics, content development, speaker coordination, and onsite execution.

We are looking for a person who is/has:

• Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• Malaysia citizens are highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• A genuine, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Inquisitive and a results-driven mindset, with a passion for research and learning to create an insightful and power-packed event
• Confidence & good interpersonal skills, you are able to communicate well with key industry leaders and subject matter experts
• Fluent in English. Good & creative writing skills in English (Composing business and commercially-related content in B2B conferences & events is a plus!)
• Ability to confidently speak in public settings, including presenting information and engaging with audiences
