The Service Manager leads and manages the Technical Service (TS) department of Rieckermann HP Indigo Division. With this activity, the Service Manager will actively support the Company to serve our customers by ensuring comprehensive and professional technical project execution, combining technical, organizational, and managerial skills.

Key Duties:

  • Functional leadership responsibility for all employees of the Technical Service (TS) department - HP Indigo Division .
  • Provide guidance, motivate, and develop employees to achieve the set targets and minimize employee turnover.
  • Define and support quarterly and annual targets and KPI’s for the Service Engineers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution concerning operations and services.
  • Keep constantly updated on relevant knowledge, trends, and best practices.
  • Conduct analyses on target customers and keep the Head of Division and respective sales teams informed about trends, customer needs, interests, and problems.
  • Visit potential and existing customers where necessary to develop and grow long-term relationships.
  • Make contact and promote good relationships with subject matter experts, key customers, and decision makers.
  • Build and maintain strong and sustainable relationships with customers by emphasizing the company’s comprehensive industrial solution.
