Job Responsibilities
1. Handle Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Performance Management
2. Recruitment of local and foreign technical employees, including those from countries such as China, Taiwan, and Singapore.
3. Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, salary increment letters, memo for any announcement from Management and other HR related letters.
4. Update employee personal records, ensure proper filing on all HR related files.
5. Handle all employee inquiries and grievances, dispute settlement according to labour law and government compliance.
6. Performing any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.
Qualification and Skills
1. Fluent in Chinese, English and Malay
2. Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or other related courses.
3. Minimum 3 years of Human Resources working experience
4. Strong communication skills and meticulous.
5. Ability to multi-task and remain motivated and positive.
