- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accounting software & Hardware.
- Provide support to end-users by phone, email, or in person.
- Train end-users on the proper use of accounting software and resolve issues related to data entry and processing.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues related to software integration and network connectivity.
- Update and maintain accounting software systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new accounting software applications and upgrades.
- Possess Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with database management, networking, and security protocols.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Those have experience in providing technical support for accounting software, such as AutoCount, SQL, or Access & Hardware will be added advantage.
- Ability to speak in Mandarin and English.
