Squad Member, SP1C

Responsibilties:

• Support the team to develop, track and execute the initiative or Minimum Viable Products (“MVPs”) that need to be focused on, in line with the SP1-1C objectives and goals under the Intensifying Cross Border initiatives
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop goals and objectives for the identified MVPs whilst ensuring alignment with the Bank’s strategy.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver high-quality solutions
• Embrace a culture of continuous improvement. Proactively seek opportunities to optimize processes, enhance productivity and streamline workflows within the Agile framework
• Foster open and transparent communication within the squad and with stakeholders. Share progress, challenges, and impediments effectively and work together to find solutions

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/ Business with at least 5years of experience in Wholesale Banking with a Malaysian or foreign bank with credit background and have regional experience.
