Factory Set-Up

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for all aspects of new factory set-up projects, including civil works, mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems, equipment, and furniture.
• Analyze bids and proposals from contractors to ensure cost competitiveness.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, monitoring and controlling project expenditures.
• Prepare variations and claims for additional works.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure cost estimates are accurate and reflect project requirements.

Feasibility Studies

• Conduct quantity take-offs for proposed factory projects.
• Estimate construction costs and prepare feasibility reports to support investment decisions.
• Analyze project risks and cost implications.

Final Accounts

• Prepare final accounts for factory set-up projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage claims resolution and final settlements with contractors.
• Analyze cost variances and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
