Job Description

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Operational role without involvement in project budgeting and cost management.
  • Able to work with cross functional teams and build timelines accordingly
  • Able to analyze the creatives and make decisions to brief creative team on the changes internally

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of working experience in similar role
  • Capable to work in fast-paced projects and environment
  • Liaison with Digital Creative team to create mock ups/visuals/copywriting for digital campaigns deliverables (covers Display Ads, Landing Page, EDM, and etc.)
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (Jira / Slack / Agile)
  • Strong understanding on creative to technical workflow
  • Experience in Dynamic Creative Optimisation
  • Detailed oriented
  • Strong client servicing skills
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline
  • Experience in managing a team of Junior Digital Project Managers or similar role
