  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description:

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Interior Designer with a passion for transforming spaces in office, commercial, and residential projects. This role requires technical expertise, especially in detailed drawings and project management. If you’re ready to make a significant impact with a leading design firm, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and style goals for office, commercial, and residential spaces.
  • Develop design concepts, space planning, and mood boards that align with KHD’s high standards and the project’s functional requirements.
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings, 3D renderings, and project presentations, ensuring they meet regulatory standards.
  • Source materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes that suit the project’s aesthetic and budgetary needs.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct on-site visits to oversee design installations and address issues, ensuring successful project completion.
  • Maintain an updated portfolio and stay current on design trends and industry advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Min 1 year of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio covering office, commercial, and residential projects.
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Expertise in detailed drawing and project management for various project types.
  • Strong understanding of project management and construction processes within the design and build industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
