Job Description
- Managing HR data analytics and reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Developing/generating dashboards and reports, documentations and user manuals using appropriate reporting tools
- Conducting day-to-day management of HRMS- and data-related queries
- Managing and determining vendors activities related to design, development, quality and implementation of organization application/systems
- Assisting in managing and documenting on internal update to HR systems and liaise with IT and, if applicable, raise change request to third-party system vendor on system enhancement
- Managing and coordinating HRMS operation including setup, customizations, addressing HRIS issues, system upgrades etc. e.g., i-NET, SuccessFactors
- Ensuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR systems and oversee functional and module administrators of the HRMS to ensure seamless performance of these HRMS modules at all times
- Ensuring that all HR data (i.e., employee profile, organization data, recruitment application data, workforce plan, performance management, payroll, learning, career development, compensation and benefits, job change, transfer, contract staff) are secured in HRMS and, if applicable, accurate against employee documents
- Managing and archiving information in i-NET according to the Company guidelines
- Managing awareness related to HRMS – ensure trainings to administrative users and end users in order to have the sufficient knowledge on HRMS usage
- Degree in HR Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Admin, Administrative Science or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing IT systems (HRMS/HRIS)
- Current industry trends and systems/solutions in the market
- Vendor sourcing, management and review criteria
- Data management - Data protection and compliance procedures
