  • Responsible in handling full cycle of maid recruitment process from sourcing the right maid until successful sales closures, including proper after-sales services and handling of clients.
  • Promptly attend to enquiries, follow up with clients efficiently and attending to client’s concerns timely.
  • Maintain proper record of enquiries, recruitment and application processes, expiry of documents and so on.
  • Create presence for services offered by the company.
  • Perform outdoor duties whenever required by the company.
  • Upkeep and ensure workplace is pleasant for everyone.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc responsibilities or duties assigned by supervisor and manager.
  • Strong passion for Sales and Customer Service.
  • Cheerful and friendly personality, able to converse confidently with customers.
  • Good interpersonal skills and writing skills for Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Responsible, organised, self-motivated, problem solver, team player.
  • Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.

    Other requirements:

    • SPM & Diploma holders encouraged to apply.
    • Preferred to be able to work on Sundays.
    • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office.
    • Previous experience in customer service and or marketing is an advantage.
    • Personal transportation.
