- Responsible in handling full cycle of maid recruitment process from sourcing the right maid until successful sales closures, including proper after-sales services and handling of clients.
- Promptly attend to enquiries, follow up with clients efficiently and attending to client’s concerns timely.
- Maintain proper record of enquiries, recruitment and application processes, expiry of documents and so on.
- Create presence for services offered by the company.
- Perform outdoor duties whenever required by the company.
- Upkeep and ensure workplace is pleasant for everyone.
- Perform any other ad-hoc responsibilities or duties assigned by supervisor and manager.
- Strong passion for Sales and Customer Service.
- Cheerful and friendly personality, able to converse confidently with customers.
- Good interpersonal skills and writing skills for Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsible, organised, self-motivated, problem solver, team player.
- Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.
Other requirements:
- SPM & Diploma holders encouraged to apply.
- Preferred to be able to work on Sundays.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in customer service and or marketing is an advantage.
- Personal transportation.
