- Introduction to Malaysian Employment law (Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act & Trade Union Act).
- Introduction to the departments under the Ministry of Human Resource, governing the application of the statutory provisions.
- Familiarisation on Company’s policies and procedures (In House Rules and Regulations – IR Department Manual).
- Filing system & case record management.
- Familiarisation on disciplinary process by doing case study and issuance of generic disciplinary letter such as BOC & TOC.
- Familiarisation on disciplinary report and next cause of action.
- Exposure on drafting Show Cause Letter, Notice of Inquiry & reprimand disciplinary letter.
- Registering all disciplinary cases into iboss system. 6. Update all disciplinary cases record to the current month.
- Enthusiastic in learning new skills and collaborating with different divisions within the company.
- Communication abilities are excellent both verbally and in writing.
- Microsoft Office prowess is a must.
- Multi-tasking ability.
- Able to cope well under preassure.
- Allowance included is RM1,000
