The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating smooth transitions for property owners and tenants, ensuring unit preparation and inspection post-renovation, and assisting with various tenant interactions. Job Responsibilities:

Assist in Handover to Owners After Renovation Completion: Coordinate and facilitate the handover process to homeowners after renovations are completed. Ensure a smooth transition, prepare necessary documentation, and respond to owner inquiries.

Unit Inspection: Conduct thorough unit inspections post-renovation to ensure all aspects of the unit meet the company’s quality standards.

Assist Tenants in Viewing Units: Guide prospective tenants on unit tours, providing rental information and answering any questions from potential tenants.

Lease Agreement Closures (Sales): Close lease agreements following unit tours, focusing on tenant satisfaction with the room rental.

Tenant Check-In and Check-Out Process: Facilitate the check-in process for new tenants, ensuring a smooth move-in experience. Manage the check-out process for departing tenants, conducting inspections and handling any issues.

Maintenance Issues: Act as a liaison between tenants and technicians to promptly address and resolve maintenance issues within the unit.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Studies / Property Management or equivalent.
  • Candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years of property management experience will be prioritized.
  • Must be willing to stay and work in Genting Highland at all time.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently, and a team player.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
