  • To perform the work which is assigned by the Manager/Management/Supervisor from time to time.
  • Communicating with relevant suppliers to process invoicing or payment queries.
  • Attaching the correct documentation to invoices and reconciling purchase orders to invoices received.
  • Dealing with external and internal queries by phone and email.
  • Preparing and processing supplier payments.
  • Inventory bill checking and casting.
  • Investigating and resolving outstanding creditor items.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices and payments and implement company collections procedures as necessary.
  • Assist superior in daily admin duties.
  • Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Reliable, dependable, and independent.
  • Able to speak Mandarin is advantage.
