How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Conduct regular visits to offsite facilities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations, while protecting the environment.
Operate and maintain the carrier gas, bulk, and specialty gas systems, as well as cylinder delivery systems, following operational procedures to ensure product quality and meet production and customer demands.
Perform daily rounds, record readings, conduct safety inspections, monitor online gas and chemical systems, and handle gas cylinder/pallet/trailer and chemical IBC/tanker change-outs.
Report daily activities and incidents, conduct area patrols, and respond to potential malfunctions through proactive monitoring and corrective actions.
Carry out routine operations, including switching filters, starting and shutting down equipment, and operating backup systems as needed.
Ensure safe and effective facility start-up and shutdown, and oversee specific tasks like plant deriming and FEP regeneration with required qualifications.
Collaborate with the customer’s operating team, network coordinators, and neighboring production facilities to ensure smooth operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues professionally, applying effective process improvements for enhanced productivity.
Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards, follow HSE procedures, and use appropriate PPE, following best practices for safety and emergency response.
Identify and escalate hazards, foster a safe working environment, prevent at-risk situations, and serve on the Emergency Response Team as applicable.
Are you a MATCH?
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related industry or field.
Diploma in any engineering discipline.
Basic understanding of safety protocols and requirements.
Foundational knowledge of industrial gas process operations is advantageous.
Strong commitment and a positive attitude towards learning.
