About the Role
Responsible in engaging and advising agents and HNW customers to promote trust and estate planning services to drive sales in this segment. The role also involves leading discussions with trustees, legal, and tax consultants, conducting workshops, creating reference materials and tools to enhance the distribution force's knowledge, and developing training and sales kits. Additionally, the role includes planning and executing specialized HNW events for client engagement, along with supporting ad hoc projects.- Reasonably knowledgeable with relevant experience/exposure on trust, tax and estate & legacy planning matters, and responsible to deliver our High Net Worth (HNW) services to drive our business in the segment
- Responsible in engaging and providing advice and guidance in appointments/ meetings with agents and HNW customers on trust, estate & legacy planning related matters to support acquisition of HNW new businesses
- Lead the discussions with internal or external trustees, tax & legal consultants and other vendors to deliver related services and responds to client service requests
- Responsible to promote awareness and understanding our trust, tax and estate planning services in order to drive sales in the segment
- Conduct workshops or train-the-trainer sessions with Agency team/ training academy
- Develop and industrialize reference materials and tools for the distribution force on Wealth planning topics ie Tax, Trust, Will, Legacy Planning, etc to upskill their knowledge
- Develop and provide related HNW training, sales kit, eDMs, placemat to support HNW sellers
- Planning, coordinating and execution of specialised HNW events to drive customer engagement and sales in the segment
- Provide support to ad hoc projects arising from time to time
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management and Administration, or business related fields
- At least 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in HNW sales management and/or business development.
- Strong knowledge of retail/cooperate business management
- Results driven and a self-starter
- Strong people management and leadership skill
- Strong communication and presentation skill
